What happens in the free discovery call with Thoughts in Action?
Booking a call with a coach you do not know can feel like a big step. Here is exactly what the free discovery call with Alex Poolman of Thoughts in Action is, and what it is not.
The short version
- Fifteen minutes, one to one with Alex Poolman.
- On Zoom. You pick a time yourself in the online calendar.
- Free, with no payment and no commitment.
- A real conversation, not a sales call. There is no pitch.
What you talk about
You talk about where you are and what you would like to be different. You will get a straight answer about whether coaching, and the Becoming Yourself program, is for you — including when it is not. If coaching is not the right fit, you will hear that in the call.
Still with me? If this is starting to sound like your own situation, the fifteen-minute call is free and there is no pitch.
Not ready for a call? Start with the free 2-minute Reality Score: seven honest questions, an instant result and the one sentence to swap first. No sign-up needed.
The price, in the call
If you ask about the program, you get the number in the free call, before anything else is discussed. The program is quoted per person, because the amount of contact differs. A payment plan is possible; it is a normal request and nobody will make it awkward.
Who it is not for
We are coaches, not therapists and not doctors. If you are in acute distress, coaching is not the right first step, and we will say so in the call rather than after you have paid.
Not ready to talk yet?
Start with the free 2-minute Reality Score, the free overthinking check, or the 7-Day Sentence Swap. No email needed.
